Finance Trainee

Job Summary**

The Finance Trainee will support the finance department in daily operations, gaining practical experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting processes within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational finance skills and contribute to the company's financial health.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist with the preparation of financial reports, statements, and presentations.
* Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
* Participate in budget preparation and forecasting activities.
* Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends and variances.
* Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
* Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
* Learn and apply company financial policies and procedures.
* Perform ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is highly preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
* Prior internship experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
