Account Manager - Life Sciences & Healthcare

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our Life Science & Healthcare Team. This is an amazing opportunity to accelerate innovation for our customers and identify creative solutions to meet their Life Science needs. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments   

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience in life sciences or SaaS
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
• Experience selling to Small to medium-sized businesses in Europe or EMEA
• Knowledge of the Life Sciences/pharmaceutical industry

It would be great if you also have . . .    

•  A Life Science degree

• Knowledge of the Life Sciences  
• Knowledge of software/information solutions into the pharmaceutical sectors
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs

What will you be doing in this role?   

• Achieve sales goals by meeting targets and identifying opportunities for upselling.  

• Provide accurate sales forecasts to management through consistent communication. 

• Collaborate effectively with small-scale customers and leads through phone calls, webinars and other digital sales channels, adhering to the established sales cycle and processes. 

• Continuously build knowledge of Clarivate products and services to effectively position our solutions. 

• Actively engage in webinars and online demos, sharing insights on customers, products, and sales with the broader team. 

• Maintain remote meeting volumes as established by Sales Management to ensure consistent engagement and productivity. 

• Identify and target potential roles within existing customers to expand business opportunities.

Hours of Work   

• This is a full-time position primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed. 
• The role is fully remote in the US , East Coast
