The Bilingual Customer Success Technical Coordinator is a versatile member of the Customer Success team, providing day-to-day technical support, recurring reporting and data support, and customer success coordination.
The role provides front-line technical support for Numeris products, including troubleshooting common application, Windows, file, access and permissions issues, while escalating more complex technical problems when required.
The Coordinator also works closely with the Customer Success Insights Analyst to manage recurring, process-driven reporting and analytical deliverables. The position also provides operational support across Customer Success, including client onboarding, ticket coordination and account administration.
