This Position reports to:

Strategic Marketing Manager

 

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement marketing activities for the assigned market segment(s) in line with the agreed strategy. Conducts market analyses using available marketing tools for existing and potential products, systems, and/or services for assigned markets. Creates end-user acceptance and specification offerings tailored to the target segment(s). Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction and continuously monitors segment performance.

This role is contributing to the Motion business for High Power division based in Bangalore, India :

You will be mainly accountable for:

Marketing technology (marketing automation and other lead generation tools):

Design and harmonize processes and governance to drive the use of the tool across BLs with focus on increasing efficiency and delivering the desired outcomes.

o Support in defining how marketing technology supports the customer journey, mapping tools and processes and identifying their impact and relevance for various target audiences

o Drive the usage of sales enablement tools from marketing perspective, aligning with Sales Excellence in improving the user journey, increasing the tools adoption rate and onboarding marketing and communication content

- Lead generation

o Support the implementation of lead generation campaigns by designing the campaign in appropriate tools (Pardot)

o Set up and monitor KPIs on campaigns, proposing improvement actions in line with the wider campaign plan

o Participates in and provides consultation in defining lead generation campaign journeys and schedules

- Digitalization & process excellence

o Identify opportunities to improve existing marketing and comms processes and tools such as user requirements or new functionalities

Manage digitalization/improvement processes across Division/BLs

o Manage transition to new processes and tools through drafting instructions and guides

o Use data analytics to support the marketing & comms team in optimizing and improving the tools usage, outcome and business impact

- Partner engagement

o Supports development and management of digital channels – such as tools or portals – to connect with partners, optimizing user journey, coordinating content publication and monitoring usage metrics to propose improvement strategies.

Qualifications for the role

Any full time graduate with marketing, data science experience.

Salesforce, Setting Campaigns, Webinars, Marketing & communication plans, Digital offerings and collaboration with Channel partners.

6 to 10 years of experience.

Background of any manufacturing or service industry.
