RESPONSIBILITIES

• The IT Project Coordinator provides support to a range of IT projects, Project Managers, and the IT PMO.

• This individual is a member of the IT PMO and interacts with a broad group of internal stakeholders in the organization, as well as external vendors and partners.

• This position plays a key role in helping achieve project objectives and in supporting the overall progress of the Company’s IT Services Department.

• The IT Project / BRM must ensure that all activities adhere to relevant policies, SOPs and any compliance regulations.

• Must be able to work with multiple teams and business units simultaneously and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Must demonstrate the eagerness and ability to learn and must work well in a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience preferred. -

• 3+ years of related IT experience or project focused environment preferred. -

• Preferred ITIL V3 Certification -

• Preferred PMP or Project Management background -

• Good mix of technical/IT consulting and business background.

• Positive, collaborative and solution oriented attitude -

• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and applications. -

• Highly organized with close attention to detail. -
