We believe in creating an environment where people can do their best work, develop their careers and make a meaningful contribution.

More about the role
As a Project Manager at FINN Partners, UK, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are planned, coordinated and delivered successfully, from initial client brief through to completion.

You will translate client briefs into clear, actionable project plans, managing timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables to keep projects on track. With strong organisational skills and attention to detail, you will anticipate potential challenges, identify risks and proactively find solutions to keep projects moving forward.

Working closely with internal teams, clients, partners and external suppliers, you will act as a central point of communication, ensuring everyone is aligned and equipped with the information they need to deliver high-quality work.

You will also actively seek and respond to client feedback, adapting plans and priorities where necessary to ensure projects meet expectations and achieve their objectives.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment where you can make a real impact on project delivery and client relationships.

What you'll do
  • Translate client briefs into clear, actionable project plans, outlining objectives, deliverables, timelines and responsibilities.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets and resources, ensuring work is delivered on time and within agreed parameters.
  • Act as the central communication point for project teams, partners, vendors and clients.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication across internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Produce clear, concise and well-organised written documentation and correspondence, both internally and externally.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including quality assurance (QA), status updates and time reporting.
  • Schedule and attend key internal and external project meetings, ensuring agendas, relevant information and materials are prepared in advance.
  • Actively seek client feedback and communicate relevant updates, ensuring expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential project risks or challenges, escalating issues where necessary and proactively working towards solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and know when to seek support or involve the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Develop an understanding of clients' businesses and project management systems.
  • Use agency systems effectively and follow established processes, workflows and best practices.
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail across all aspects of project delivery and communication.
Experience that contributes to success
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management.
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager within an agency environment, or a comparable setting, is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, professional and actionable documentation.
  • Confident interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues and external partners.
  • An active listener who understands the importance of collaboration, feedback and effective communication.
  • A flexible, adaptable mindset and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Confidence and assertiveness when identifying and addressing issues that could put projects at risk.
  • The ability to adapt your communication style and effectively manage relationships at all levels of an organisation.
  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
  • A sense of humour and a willingness to contribute to a positive team culture.
  • A bachelor’s degree is desirable but not essential.
