As Change Lead, you will help teams navigate a significant enterprise-wide transformation and turn new technology, processes and ways of working into meaningful, lasting change. This is an opportunity to own the integrated change strategy and bring it to life. You will partner with senior leaders, product teams, operations and global delivery teams, translating complex transformation into clear, practical steps that help people understand, prepare for and adopt change.

 Responsibilities

• Build and deliver an end-to-end change strategy that connects transformation goals with the needs of impacted teams.
• Map stakeholders, assess change impacts and establish clear business readiness plans.
• Help teams adopt digital platforms, new processes, automation and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Engage stakeholders and build a change champion network that supports adoption across teams.
• Create communications, learning and training approaches that make change clear and actionable.
• Coach leaders to sponsor change visibly and support their teams through transition.
• Integrate change activities across design, testing, cutover and post-launch support.
• Track readiness, adoption and capability, using insights to strengthen change outcomes.
• Address resistance, change fatigue and adoption barriers with practical, targeted actions.

Candidate Profile

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and can make complex change feel clear and manageable. Your experience includes:

• Leading organisational change across large, complex technology transformation programs.
• Developing and delivering change strategies, impact assessments, communications, training and readiness plans.
• Building stakeholder relationships and using influencing and facilitation skills to create alignment.
• Working effectively with global and distributed teams.
• Understanding how automation and AI affect people, roles and ways of working.
• Navigating ambiguity, competing priorities and multiple workstreams.
• Applying structured change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent.
• Change management certification is highly regarded.
