Open Closers Agents – All Language Desks
Location: Cyprus
Base Salary: €2,000 + Commission
Industry: Forex (FX)
About the Role
Our client, an established company in the Forex industry, is looking for experienced Open Closers Agents to join their sales team in Cyprus.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recovery Agent within the FX industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing and potential clients to re-engage them and generate sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify client needs and convert opportunities into successful sales.
- Follow up with clients to maximise conversion rates.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Recovery Agent in the FX industry – mandatory.
- Proven sales and closing skills.
- Fluency in one of the required language desks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Must already be based in Cyprus or be willing to relocate to Cyprus at their own expense.
- No relocation package provided.
