Conversion & Retention Agents — Openers & Closers
Location: Cyprus
Base Salary: €2,000–€3,000 per month
Industry: Forex (FX) / Financial Services
Languages: English, German, French, Spanish
About the Role
We are looking for experienced, sales-driven Conversion and Retention Agents to join an FX operation in Cyprus. We welcome both Openers and Closers with experience engaging leads, converting prospects, building client relationships, and supporting client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage prospective clients through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Qualify leads and guide prospects through the conversion process.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Follow up with existing clients to support engagement and retention.
- Meet individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate client interaction records in the CRM.
- Follow company procedures and applicable compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the FX industry.
- Previous experience in Conversion, Retention, RECOVERY - OPEN/CLOSERS
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Target-driven, motivated, and commercially minded.
- Languages: English, German, French, Spanish
