Base Salary: €4,000 + Commission

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is expanding and is urgently hiring experienced German-speaking Conversion & Retention Agents to join their growing team in Cyprus.
We are looking for ambitious, sales-driven professionals who can build strong client relationships, convert leads and maximise the value of existing clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with German-speaking clients and prospective clients.
- Convert qualified leads into active clients through professional sales techniques.
- Manage and retain existing client portfolios.
- Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for additional deposits and revenue.
- Handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activity in the CRM.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent/native-level German and good English.
- Previous Conversion and/or Retention experience, preferably within the FX industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven target-driven mindset and ability to perform under pressure.
- Professional, resilient and highly motivated personality.
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
