The Talent Hunter (TTH) is recruiting French-speaking Conversion & Retention Agents to join a growing FX team in Limassol.

This is an excellent opportunity for FX sales professionals with some industry experience who are ready to develop their career in an international, performance-driven environment.

OFFICE HOURS: 10:45 AM - 20:00 PM

THE ROLE

As a Conversion & Retention Agent on the French Desk, you will engage with French-speaking clients, convert qualified leads and build strong ongoing client relationships.

You will work in a target-driven environment where communication, sales ability and consistency are key to success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with French-speaking clients
• Convert qualified leads into active clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with leads and existing clients
• Identify client needs and present suitable trading solutions
• Handle objections and confidently close opportunities
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate client records and activity in the CRM
• Deliver a professional and positive client experience
• Work closely with the Sales and Retention teams

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent French
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the FX industry
• Candidates with 6–12 months of experience are particularly encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in Conversion, Retention or FX Sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
• Confident objection handling and closing skills
• Target-driven and motivated by performance
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment

IMPORTANT

Minimum 6 months of FX industry experience is required.
