As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, detailed analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline issue resolution processes and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system updates and incident management.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience with integration technologies and middleware platforms related to SAP environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Ability to work with cloud-based integration services and APIs.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning within integration landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
