About the Role:
As a Software Integration Testing Intern, you will support the design and development of the SW Integration Testing Automation Framework and write test cases based of AUTOSAR applications.
This role is ideal for students who are interested in Embedded systems, Connectivity TCU software, automotive technology, and AI-assisted testing environment development. You will gain hands-on experience in building test apps, using modern AI tools to improve development efficiency, problem analysis, and documentation quality.
What You Will Do:
- Support the development of Integration Testing Framework for proof-of-concept and technical demonstration purposes.
- Write test cases that works on the actual hardware (microcontroller).
- Use AI-assisted development tools to support coding, debugging, issue analysis, code explanation, and documentation preparation.
- Work with software engineers to understand requirements, clarify implementation details, and deliver assigned tasks.
- Perform other related software development or technical support tasks assigned by the team
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Undergraduate or graduate student in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering.
- Strong Python and Batch/Shell scripting skills to write and automate the test cases.
- Familiar with C/C++, HTML programming languages debugging methods.
- Data serialization formats like JSON, YAML, CSV etc.
- Experience with version control tools like GIT is preferred.
- Strong learning ability, hands-on mindset, and willingness to solve technical problems independently.
- Ability to use AI tools like Copilot responsibly to support software development, while independently reviewing, validating, and improving the generated output.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, such as coding assistants, AI chat tools, code generation tools, or documentation assistants.
Good To Have:
- Microcontroller/Microprocessor knowledge along with Embedded C language.
- Basic knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture, Telematics Control Unit (TCU), Input-Output Controller (IOC) role in TCU.
- Automation Techniques, Black Box testing methodologies.
- SW Development frameworks like V-model/Agile knowledge.
- Experience with Git & CI/CD toolchain like Jenkins.
