The team integrates brand strategy, customer insights, product development, design, merchandising, and marketing to create distinctive products and experiences. Collaborating across functions and with external partners, the team drives growth and strengthens the portfolio to meet evolving pet care demands.
What you'll do:
- Lead the development and management of complex product specifications throughout the product lifecycle to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive initiatives, resolve issues, and maintain product alignment.
- Conduct industry benchmarking to identify trends and inform product strategies.
- Oversee cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Develop and implement business strategies based on data analysis and market insights.
- Drive financial performance by identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing product profitability.
- Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
What you'll bring:
- Proven leadership experience managing product lifecycle from development through delivery, ensuring quality and alignment with customer needs.
- Expertise in cross-functional project management, collaborating effectively with internal and external partners to drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct industry benchmarking, root cause analysis, and financial modeling for cost reduction and sales growth.
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies, including long-range planning and resource evaluation.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
