Position Overview:
Located in Raleigh, NC ( 3 days onsite), Ralliant is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. In this role, you will support broad-based and executive compensation programs through market pricing, compensation analysis, salary survey participation, reporting, and program administration.
Working closely with Total Rewards, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners, you will help ensure compensation programs are administered accurately, consistently, and in alignment with company guidelines. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Analysis & Insights
- Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and compensation analyses using survey data and market intelligence.
- Own and administer compensation survey aggregation and market analytics platform (MarketPay), including job matching, survey participation, market pricing workflows, data governance, and reporting.
- Lead compensation survey participation and market data activities, including job matching, data validation, survey submissions, and benchmarking analyses.
- Analyze compensation data to identify internal equity, market competitiveness, and compensation trends.
- Support compensation studies related to hiring, promotions, organizational changes, and annual compensation planning.
- Prepare and present analytical findings and recommendations for Compensation leadership and stakeholders.
Compensation Program Execution
- Support the administration of broad-based and executive compensation programs, including base pay, annual incentive, long-term incentive and deferred compensation.
- Support annual compensation planning cycles.
- Execute compensation audits, data validations, and quality reviews. Partner with HR Operations and other stakeholders to support system testing, compensation cycle readiness, and data integrity initiatives.
- Maintain compensation tools, databases, job architecture, and process documentation.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop recurring and ad hoc compensation reports, dashboards, and analyses to support compensation programs and decision-making.
- Analyze compensation program outcomes and summarize findings.
- Support pay equity analyses, regulatory reporting, and compliance reviews.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve compensation program effectiveness.
HR Partnership & Support
- Provide market data, analytical support, and compensation-related guidance for Operating Company HR teams.
- Partner with Compensation Partners to support compensation reviews, business requests, and special projects.
- Assist with compensation communications, training materials, manager resources, and compensation inquiries.
Continuous Improvement & Governance
- Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline compensation processes, enhance reporting capabilities, improve data quality, increase operational efficiency, and leverage emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools.
- Support the maintenance of compensation policies, practices, and documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance when handling sensitive employee and compensation information.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of compensation, HR analytics, finance, or related analytical experience.
- Strong understanding of compensation fundamentals, including market pricing, salary structures, job evaluation methodologies, and incentive compensation programs.
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience working with large datasets and translating data into clear, actionable analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience supporting broad-based and/or executive compensation programs, including annual incentive, long-term incentive, and deferred compensation plans.
- Experience supporting compensation programs within a multinational organization.
- Experience with compensation survey providers such as Aon/Radford, WTW, Mercer, Salary.com, or similar market data sources
- Experience working with and managing a compensation survey aggregation and market analytics platform (e.g. MarketPay, PayFactors, CompAnalyst).
- Experience with compensation management systems, HRIS platforms, and reporting tools.
- Experience supporting annual compensation planning cycles.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered and AI-enabled technologies to improve productivity, analyze data, streamline processes, automate routine tasks, and enhance compensation-related reporting, research, and decision support.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification or progress toward certification.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 83400.00-155000.00
