[What the role is]
You will be part of the HR Shared Services team providing operational support for HDB's learning and development administration. You will support the administration and delivery of learning programmes, ensuring accurate processing of learning-related transactions, maintenance of training records, and providing quality service to staff and stakeholders.[What you will be working on]
You will be responsible for the following areas:
- Administer end-to-end learning course processes, including course creation, maintenance of course offerings, staff registration, enrolment confirmation, course applications, waitlist management and training records administration.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of learning programmes, including classroom training, virtual learning and other learning interventions to meet organisational learning needs.
- Process learning-related transactions, including self-sourced learning requests, course fee administration, invoices, training sponsorship matters and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Handle staff enquiries relating to learning policies, course registration procedures, approval requirements, learning systems, sponsorships and reimbursement matters.
- Maintain and administer learning systems, ensuring course and staff training data are updated accurately and timely. This includes supporting system testing, enhancements and process improvements where required.
- Compile and maintain learning statistics and training records, and assist in the preparation of reports and management information for learning programmes.
- Coordinate with external training providers on course administration matters, including training schedules, participant enrolment and invoice processing.
- Participate in digitalisation and process improvement initiatives to streamline learning administration processes and enhance staff experience.
[What we are looking for]
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, learning administration, training coordination or shared services environment.
- Familiarity with HR and Learning Management Systems such as Workday or equivalent systems would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, including the preparation of training reports.
- Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, external training providers and within the team.
