Job Description

Resicum International, LLC is seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanic II – Sheet Metal personnel to support F-15E aircraft structural maintenance, sheet metal fabrication, repair, modification, inspection, and installation activities.

Aircraft Mechanic II Sheet Metal personnel will perform aircraft structural and sheet metal maintenance tasks of moderate difficulty while supporting F-15E modification operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform F-15E sheet metal and structural maintenance. 

• Fabricate, repair, modify, remove, and install aircraft structural components. 

• Perform aircraft structural modifications. 

• Perform drilling, cutting, forming, fitting, and fastening operations. 

• Interpret aircraft technical orders, drawings, blueprints, and engineering documentation. 

• Troubleshoot aircraft structural discrepancies. 

• Perform inspections of completed structural and sheet metal work. 

• Support aircraft modification activities. 

• Perform repairs and modifications in accordance with approved technical data. 

• Use aircraft sheet metal tools and equipment. 

• Use precision measuring equipment as required. 

• Maintain Tool Control and FOD prevention procedures. 

• Complete required maintenance documentation. 

• Support aircraft production schedules. 

• Coordinate technical issues with the Site Supervisor / Lead Mechanic. 

• Assist higher-level technicians with complex structural maintenance activities. 

• Prioritize assigned workload to meet established schedules. 

Specific F-15E Sheet Metal Experience — REQUIRED

• Must possess hands-on aircraft sheet metal maintenance experience. 

• Must have experience performing aircraft structural repairs and modifications. 

• Must be capable of interpreting aircraft technical orders and engineering drawings. 

• Must have experience with aircraft structural components. 

• Must have experience performing drilling, forming, fitting, fastening, and repair operations. 

• Must have experience using aircraft sheet metal tools and equipment. 

• Generic sheet metal experience without aircraft maintenance experience does not satisfy the specific aircraft maintenance experience requirement. 

Requirements

• SECRET or Interim SECRET security clearance required. 

• Favorably adjudicated background investigation sufficient for required site access. 

• Aircraft Mechanic II-level experience. 

• Aircraft sheet metal/structural maintenance experience. 

• Strong knowledge of aircraft structural repair procedures. 

• Working knowledge of aircraft technical publications. 

• Experience using aircraft sheet metal tools and equipment. 

• Ability to interpret drawings and technical data. 

• Ability to troubleshoot aircraft structural discrepancies. 

• Ability to prioritize workload and meet production schedules. 

• Must maintain required qualifications and training. 

• Valid US Passport Required.
