As a Field Services Technician, you'll travel throughout the San Jose area helping customers keep their Ricoh printers and copiers running at their best. Every day brings a new challenge, new people, and a chance to put your troubleshooting skills to work.

What You'll Do:
- Travel to customer sites across the local area.
- Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial printers and copiers.
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment setup.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hardware issues.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
- Document completed work and service activities.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Experience in equipment repair, maintenance, field service, automotive repair, manufacturing, military technical roles, or similar hands-on work.
- Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Enjoys working independently and solving problems.
- Comfortable working directly with customers.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Able to lift and move equipment as needed.
