Growth Enablement is a strategic business operations function that helps accelerate business growth through operational excellence, workforce strategy, financial governance, performance reporting, transformation initiatives, and executive stakeholder support. As an Associate Director, you will play a key leadership role in driving large-scale business priorities, enabling decision-making, and shaping operational strategies that support organizational growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic business initiatives aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive operational excellence, business transformation, and performance improvement programs.
- Develop and oversee workforce planning, capacity management, and talent strategies.
- Drive financial governance, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reporting.
- Lead cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders across geographies and business functions.
- Establish governance frameworks, metrics, and executive dashboards to support informed decision-making.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities while driving mitigation plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships and provide strategic recommendations to leadership teams.
- Drive automation, process optimization, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and mentor high-performing teams to deliver business outcomes and organizational priorities.
Basic Qualifications
- Extensive experience in business operations, strategy, program management, consulting, or transformation.
- Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Experience in executive reporting, governance, and performance management.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing teams and developing talent.
