Your Role
Ensure an efficient and effective Quality Management System that meets customer and regulatory requirements, supports continual improvement, and aligns with group standards. Foster a culture of compliance, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
Maintain and continuously improve the site’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO9001 and other relevant standards.Ensure all QMS requirements are fulfilled, including management of internal audits, document control, corrective and preventive actions, and control of non-conforming products.Align local QMS with Group Quality Management System and implement all group-defined processes.Report and manage non-compliance events, working cross-functionally to resolve issues.Ensure the facility is always audit-ready and supports regulatory/legal requirements (e.g., ISO Standards, BRC).Lead training on relevant ISO Standards & BRC systems for site leadership and supervisors.Collaborate with sister sites & external parties on gathering knowledge and sharing best practice.
