Job Summary
The Analysis Intern will support departmental projects through data collection, analysis, reporting, and research activities. This role provides students with practical experience applying analytical and population health concepts in a healthcare and academic environment. The intern will assist with evaluating data, developing reports, and supporting initiatives that inform operational, educational, or research decision-making.

Job Description

 Essential Functions

·       Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.

• Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources to support departmental projects.

·       Analyze data and assist in identifying trends, patterns, and key findings.

·       Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for faculty, staff, and project stakeholders.

·       Conduct research and literature reviews to support population health and program initiatives.

·       Collaborate with departmental staff on special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

Ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Education:

Current enrollment in a Master's program, preferably Population Health, Public Health, Health Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.

AND

Experience:

Prior coursework or experience in population health, healthcare outcomes, public health research, or quality improvement.
