In a VUCA world today, the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Integrated Performance Management, North Asia is a strategic partner to the Regional executive leadership team, shaping financial direction and translating strategy into execution. The role brings together internal and external insight, steers governance across local, regional, and global priorities, and drives disciplined decision-making, performance, and long-term value creation.

Business and Executive Insights
Provide insights to the regional president and North Asia leadership team for the development and delivery of the annual plan.
Lead systematic and regular KPIs reporting and executive performance review pack that measures in year business performance and long-term value drivers.
Integrate macroeconomic trends, competitive insight, and performance drivers into holistic business performance analysis, translating findings into strategic recommendations and action.
Partner with regional CFO and divisional team to project real estate opportunities, new business opportunities, acquisitions, divestment, organization and management transformational projects.
Drive benchmarks to set improvement goals in retail productivity, boutique expenses, campaign effectiveness.
Integrated Performance Management
Oversee P&L and cash delivery orchestration, balance sheet management, and financial controls with a strong accounting knowledge base.
Steer the real estate finance agenda (business cases and CERs) and reporting, in partnership with markets, Regional Real Estate, Boutique Architecture and Global FP&A.
Ensure rigorous financial governance across the project portfolio in close partnership with key stakeholders, including the CIO, Digital Directors, and the President’s Office.
Lead regional sustainability performance oversight and ESG reporting with Global, connecting the enterprise agenda to key initiatives such as net zero and climate transition.
Process Excellence & Transformation
Lead the processes for business planning, financial forecast and budget for short term, annual, mid- and long-term Sales, Profit and Cash targets. Participate in global MTP and budget simplification initiatives.
Establish process ownership to enhance financial planning process knowledge and capabilities, drive BI, AI use cases and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assess and improve financial processes and systems to simplify operations, user centric, and increase efficiency through digital enablement where relevant.
Bring external benchmarks and best practices into the organization to strengthen decision quality and modernize finance ways of working.
People Development and Leadership
Key support to the regional CFO in landing finance capability framework and strengthening talent pipeline.
Cultivate a culture of curiosity, trust and courage, demonstrating commitment to the development of the team and the broader community.
Foster a strong FP&A and business partnership community across market and regional teams, promoting shared learning, consistency towards higher partnering standards.
What You Will Bring
Professional Qualifications
Relevant post graduate degree or accounting qualifications with minimum 10 years of senior management experience in a matrixed multinational consumer goods or retail company.
Experiences & Functional Competencies
20 years of finance experience across core finance disciplines, with breadth and depth in strategic planning, FP&A, accounting, audit and finance transformation in a matrixed multinational consumer goods or retail business.
Equipped with strong commercial and business acumen with a good understanding of long-term value drivers.
Strong data and analytics capability, with the ability to turn insight into action and business performance. Apply judgement with confidence.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex issues clearly to diverse audiences.
Data/Finance transformation, information management experience, and multi countries senior finance assignments will be highly regarded.
Fluency in English is essential.
