Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Beer Sheva is currently seeking applicants for an HR Coordinator. In this role you will be involved in a wide range of HR activities that support both employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will coordinate recruitment efforts, onboarding activities, support employee engagement initiatives, maintain HR processes, and contribute to projects that help strengthen the employee experience across the organization.

Beer Sheva is the capital of the Negev, located in Southern Israel.
The factory in Beer Sheva was established in 1996 in the “Emek Sarah” industrial area and has over 1,000 employees. Vishay Resistors are embedded in various industries: Automotive, Telecom, Computers, Medical, Military, etc.

What you will be doing:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure a smooth integration experience for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee-related matters.
- Support performance management processes, including follow-up on evaluations and annual review cycles.
- Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and welfare activities that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects, initiatives, and organizational programs as required.
What you will bring along:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator role, preferably within a large organization or industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Experience working with Malam HR systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; Russian language skills are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
