The IT Technician is responsible for providing first and second-level technical support for computer systems, software, network connectivity, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring IT equipment, managing user accounts and access permissions, supporting cybersecurity initiatives, documenting incidents, and assisting with IT projects. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
