What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive recruitment support

• Assist with day-to-day recruitment activities and keep hiring processes running smoothly.

Engage with candidates

• Conduct initial screenings and face-to-face interviews to identify strong talent and create a positive candidate experience.

Partner with hiring managers

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and support compensation discussions and negotiations.

Source top talent

• Tap into a range of channels, including community networks, colleges, and other sourcing platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Keep hiring data organized

• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and support efficient recruitment reporting and tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & education

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in talent acquisition
• Degree-level education required

Advantageous experience

• Experience in BPO is a plus, but not essential

The right mindset

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to stay organized, work under pressure, and manage multiple priorities
• Confident handling confidential information with professionalism and care
