Job description

As part of a client team, you will advise corporate HR, Tax and Global Mobility contacts on wage tax, personal income tax and social security consequences of employing people in an international context, including expats, remote workers and board activities. You will work directly with clients and individual taxpayers, helping them navigate complex cross-border situations and translate technical tax matters into practical, client-focused solutions.

You function as the bridge between the individual, several stakeholders in the company and the tax authorities. In this role, you will build niche expertise in global mobility tax and experience first-hand how the advice you provide impacts day-to-day practicalities for internationally mobile employees and their employers. You will also work with international teams and use technology, data and AI-enabled tools to deliver efficient, high-quality services and develop insight into the broader strategy around global mobility.

Furthermore, you…

• have a master’s degree in Fiscal economics or Fiscal law;

• have good knowledge of income tax, double taxation agreements and wage tax;

• have up to 2 years of relevant working experience;

• are accurate, have a critical and proactive mindset, good writing skills and a practical and hands-on attitude;

• enjoy working in a team but are also comfortable working independently;

• have great communication skills;

• are fluent in Dutch and good English skills in speaking and writing.
