Job Description:
Prevención de Riesgos
- Ferrovial se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Técnico/a o Ingeniero/a en Prevención de Riesgos para integrarse a obra, con el objetivo de planificar, controlar, asesorar y promover acciones preventivas y correctivas en materia de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, contribuyendo a la prevención de accidentes laborales, enfermedades profesionales y al cumplimiento de los estándares internos, normativas legales vigentes y protocolos aplicables.
- La persona seleccionada será responsable de fiscalizar en terreno el cumplimiento del programa de prevención de riesgos, realizar inducciones y capacitaciones a trabajadores, participar y asesorar a Comités Paritarios, apoyar investigaciones de incidentes, preparar informes de SSO, coordinar requerimientos con organismos administradores de la Ley 16.744 y fiscalizadores, además de implementar los estándares mínimos de seguridad definidos por Ferrovial.
Requisitos del cargo
- Título técnico o profesional en Prevención de Riesgos, Ingeniería en Prevención de Riesgos, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Civil o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en construcción o en cargos similares.
- Experiencia en terreno, control de riesgos, salud ocupacional, sistemas de gestión de seguridad y protocolos MINSAL.
- Conocimiento en normativa legal vigente, estándares de seguridad y salud ocupacional.
- Manejo de herramientas Office y deseable conocimiento en software de gestión de riesgos, AutoCAD o MS Project.
- Deseable contar con certificaciones en ISO 45001, primeros auxilios, manejo de sustancias peligrosas u otras vinculadas al rol.
- Excluyente o altamente deseable: contar con registro como Experto Profesional ante la SEREMI de Salud.
