Your role Key responsibilities in your new role · Focus on the future: Support integration of MBIST generation into the subsystem build (wrappers, controllers, constraints, sanity checks) · Take responsibility: Help execute synthesis across diverse configurations; standardize and store KPIs (area, Fmax/slack, power if available, EDA runtime/peak memory, MBIST overhead) · Reliable work: Support building robust parsers and data schemas; track provenance (tool versions, seeds, constraints) · Keep up to date: Contribute to training ML models to identify Pareto‑optimal configurations and recommend next experiments · Identify needs: Participate in the design and development of a user-facing web portal that allows users to define and configure memory subsystem parameters (capacity, width, ports, process node, etc.) Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Study Field: Currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or similar studies with focus on electronics • Skills : Already gained some knowledge of VHDL, System Verilog, Python for automation/data (pandas/numpy), Bash/Tcl;Git; Linux. RTL/System Verilog and timing/SDC basics, MBIST/DFT fundamentals • Experience : Logic synthesis/reporting; handling netlists/Liberty, some understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite) schema design, querying, optimization. Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting • Way of working: Analytical, organized, and curious; proactive and collaborative • Availability : Available 20h during semester and up to 40h during semester breaks • Language skills : Proficiency in English, German is a plus Please attach the following documents to your
