For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Cybersecurity Governance & Risk Manager
- Demonstrated expertise in cyber risk governance, including defining and promoting cybersecurity frameworks across payment services and cross-entity sectors such as Cash Management, Customer Data Services, Electronic Payments, and Factoring.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and GRC IT tooling to manage and track risk landscapes, corrective action plans, and control activities across ICT and non-ICT domains.
- Ability to conduct end-to-end operational risk assessments, including planning and executing RCSA inputs, analyzing historical incidents, and maintaining up-to-date control plans.
- Strong root cause analysis and impact assessment skills applied to identifying adverse cyber risk events and determining remediation priorities across complex IT environments.
- Competency in producing consolidated risk reporting and executive-level communications, including issuing alerts and proposing corrective actions to senior stakeholders such as CISO and risk officers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for the preparation of risk reports, governance documentation, and stakeholder-facing materials across multiple business lines.
- Fluency in English and French, at least B2 level
- Availability for Hybrid model, 2-3 times a week based in Porto
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
