Do work that matters 

As a Senior Change Manager, you will play a key role in driving the people side of change across strategic business, technology and transformation initiatives. Partnering closely with senior leaders, delivery teams and business stakeholders, you will lead the design and execution of change strategies that enable successful adoption and long-term business outcomes. You'll use your expertise to guide teams through complexity, manage risks and build organisational readiness for change.  

On any given day, you will: 

• Lead and execute end-to-end change management activities across multiple initiatives. 

• Develop and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans and communication approaches. 

• Conduct change impact assessments and business readiness activities. 

• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment, commitment and sponsorship. 

• Design and deliver change interventions that support adoption and capability uplift. 

• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and stakeholder forums. 

• Identify and manage people risks associated with change initiatives. 

• Measure adoption, business readiness and change outcomes to ensure benefits are realised. 

• Coach leaders and teams through periods of change and transformation. 

• Collaborate across delivery, business and risk teams to embed sustainable ways of working. 

• Contribute to continuous improvement and the evolution of change practices across the organisation.  

We're interested in hearing from people who have: 

• Proven experience leading large-scale organisational change and transformation initiatives. 

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience engaging with senior executives. 

• Experience delivering change within complex, matrixed environments. 

• Expertise in organisational change management methodologies, frameworks and tools. 

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. 

• Strong facilitation and workshop design capabilities. 

• Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and deliver outcomes at pace. 

• Experience supporting technology, digital, process or operational transformation programs. 

• Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills. 

• A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping people successfully navigate change.
