Description
Kardex AutoStore is a global leader in high-speed Automatic Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS)—boosting storage capacity by up to four times. Trusted worldwide, our cutting-edge technology strengthens Kardex’s portfolio of advanced intralogistics solutions, helping businesses achieve smarter, faster, and more efficient order fulfillment.
Your tasks
The program manager is accountable for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction of a program — a single large customer with multiple sites, or a group of related projects delivered under one commercial relationship. He/she is the senior Kardex point of contact for that customer across every site in the program, from sales handover through final acceptance of the last installation.
In close cooperation with sales, he/she contributes to the pursuit and shaping of multi-site opportunities, advising on rollout sequence, site prioritization, and phasing. He/she then ensures a consistent transition from the sales phase into implementation and later into service at every site, so the customer receives one Kardex standard rather than a different experience at each location.
The program manager coordinates the project managers assigned to the program and resolves competing demands for engineering, installation, and site resources across concurrent sites. He/she manages interdependencies between sites, applies the lessons of each installation to the next, and is accountable for consolidated program financial performance, forecasting, and change order strategy.
The program manager is highly customer-oriented and is expected to build a durable relationship at senior level within the customer organization — advocating for their logistics processes and requirements while protecting the commercial and delivery interests of the program. He/she is highly motivated to work in a startup/growth environment and is open for a wide range of tasks at different locations.
