Kids Connections Developmental Therapy Center is a clinician-owned pediatric therapy practice providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services across four California clinic locations: Simi Valley, Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, and Rancho Cucamonga.
Founded by Dr. Cynthia Conway, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of pediatric experience, our mission is simple: Learning to play. Playing to learn.
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to help create a welcoming experience for our families while supporting the daily operations of our clinic. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, providing excellent customer service, and keeping a busy healthcare office running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist clients, families, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general office communications
- Coordinate communication between families, therapists, and leadership
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and administrative projects
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records while protecting confidential information
- Keep office supplies stocked and maintain an organized clinic environment
- Support the Clinical Director, COO, and leadership team with administrative tasks and special projects
- Help ensure efficient day-to-day clinic operations
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- At least 2 years of administrative, customer service, medical office, or scheduling experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning new software systems
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to pass a background check

- Experience in a healthcare, therapy, or pediatric setting

Typical Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 1:00 - 6:00 PM
- Part-Time
