Job Description:
What will you work on?
Key Account Manager is responsible for formulating sound business plans, maximizing opportunities, managing risk, delivering on profitability goals, developing effective long-term business relationships, and exceeding customer expectations.
How will you create impact?
· Developing bi-annual business plans focused on Poland market that deliver upon company goals and meet customer needs
· Deliver product presentations, business proposals and ad plans to customers on time
· Understand customers’ timelines and proactively provide them with all information and materials required to make decisions and manage business well
· Work with support team to develop forecasts that best reflect market realities (Poland); update forecasts as required, at minimum on a monthly basis
· Timely and effective review of actual performance to ensure goals are achieved and adjust plans as necessary
· Manage client-specific budget
· Analysis of sell-through data and market intelligence to maximize business opportunities while minimizing risk
· Clear and efficient communication with customers; fast solutions to challenges
· Work proactively and effectively with team members to deliver best possible customer service
· Work in a team environment, providing feedback to your account management team
· Quickly gain a thorough understanding of all account business objectives and marketing plans by gaining multi-level and cross-functional contacts within your account portfolio
· Develop innovative sales and marketing-led account plans that will maximize Spin Master’s performance within each account
· Co-ordinate trade marketing and marketing activity within your accounts to ensure delivery of planned volume, distribution and profit targets
· Maximize account profitability through strategic business planning including delivery of volume, revenue and margin, creative promotional work and good use of data to provide category solutions
· Work closely with accounts to gain joint agreement on objectives for sales growth whilst managing each account selections process
· Negotiate at senior level to ensure Spin Master maximizes the advantage of long-term supply agreements and optimizes all elements of the marketing mix
· Accurate forecasting and working closely with the planning team to ensure stock is delivered to accounts as required
· Flexibility regarding accounts managed
· Actively work as part of a team to create a solution-oriented culture, leading by example
· Maintain and further develop the strong commercial and personal relationships between Spin Master and your account base and ensure Spin Master remains a preferred supplier
· Conduct regular customer visits (in-person two times a year) to strengthen relationships, gather market feedback, and identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts
· Join sales representatives on monthly market runs to observe in-store execution, validate planogram compliance, assess competitor activity, and collect actionable sell-through insights
· Representing Spin Master at local toy fairs as standard, and participate in global toy fairs (e.g., Nuremberg) when required to support key customer meetings, product launches, and partner development
· Undertake ad hoc business trips on demand to support strategic customer meetings, negotiations, joint business planning
How will you fit into the team?

What are your skills and experience?
· Business studies with main focus on Sales and Marketing or adequate professional experience
· 1+ years national sales and account management experience
· Retail, Consumer Product Goods experience preferred
· Demonstrated success managing a business portfolio with national toy retailers
· Customer-driven approach – a go-getter attitude
· Ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally
· Demonstrated organization, planning and communication skills
· Goal oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence & determination
· Ability to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, and read POS reports
· Fluent English, Polish
· Good computer knowledge
· Ambitious, determined, results-oriented, convincing, extroverted, strong presentation skills

The anticipated pay range for candidates is 13 578,00 PLN – 17 520,00 PLN [Per Month]. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
