Job Description

LSC Supplier Contracts Intern:

• Maintain and administer contract records in relevant databases, ensuring timely data entry.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supplier contracts.
• Drafting amendments, extensions to supplier contracts.
• Ensuring contract compliance with company policies.
• Assess supplier-related contractual risks and review supplier-proposed contract templates where applicable.
• Provide legal advice and support regarding the interpretation of contract clauses.
• Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts.
• Support other team members with above and other tasks.
• English as a must and French as highly desirable.

The monthly compensation for the internship program is 4,444 RON gross. This amount is fixed and applies uniformly to all full-time internship roles within the GBS Internship Program.
