Base Hourly: $30hr + $2hr Shift Differential
SHIFT: Must be willing to work night shift; 12 hours per day, 2/2/3 Schedule
POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and visibility of inventory within the facility. This role supports daily warehouse and production operations by verifying inbound and outbound materials, reconciling physical counts with system records, and identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies. The position requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of inventory systems, and the ability to work cross-functionally with warehouse, Kitting, Batching, production, and quality teams.

LOCATION: The position is based at DrinkPAK’s Texas Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect and verify quality of all inbounds received by warehouse team, and report discrepancies.
Manage real-time inventory transactions in our system.
Execute daily, monthly, and quarterly inventory audits and cycle counts.
Navigate company systems to track and confirm all inbound/outbound inventory.
Process recycling and destruction loads systematically.
Verify Proof of Delivery (POD) to ensure accurate inventory records.
Maintain stock of finished goods, raw materials, and components per guidelines.
Coordinate with receiving, production, and supply chain teams to ensure accuracy.
Perform systematic material movements (Receiving → Inventory/WIP/Non-Conforming).
Work with cross every department to ensure that we provide the inventory support needed.
Closing FG jobs.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, report findings.
Identify expired or slow-moving inventory (SLOB) for disposition.
Maintain proper product rotation (FIFO/FEFO compliance).
Support special inventory projects as assigned.
Ensure compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and company policies.
Establishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivity
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job
Interacts and maintains positive relationships with all levels of leadership
Accomplishes special Inventory projects and other assignments/duties as required by management.
Compliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP’s and all Drink Pak’s policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Field or similar manufacturing / warehouse environment; 4+ years preferred; strong Inventory background and warehouse environment preferred.
Forklift Certification preferred
Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
Strong project management, time management, organization, and communication skills
Detail oriented and ability to problem solve and cross check documentation
