This position supports 1PH Transformer and Regulator product line operations in Nacogdoches, TX (with up to 10% travel annually). Relocation from within the US is included.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

## What you’ll do:

The Plant Finance Manager will serve as a strategic business partner to plant and division leadership, translating financial insights into business results. This role connects finance and operations, influencing key decisions related to productivity, profitability, capital investments, and key performance indicators.

In this role you will:

• Strategic Business Partnership – Serve as a trusted advisor to plant and division leadership, influencing key decisions that drive growth, profitability, and long-term business success.
• Operational and Financial Impact – Lead initiatives that improve productivity, operational excellence, working capital performance, cash flow, and overall financial results.
• Decision Support and Value Creation – Evaluate investments, capital allocation opportunities, and strategic initiatives through analytics, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner closely with operations, supply chain, quality, and commercial teams to align strategy, drive accountability, and deliver results.
• Leadership and Talent Development – Develop organizational capability by mentoring finance talent, strengthening succession plans, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Visibility and Growth Opportunity – Play a highly visible role across two manufacturing sites, joining a strong leadership team during an exciting period of business growth and investment.

## Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance from an accredited institution.
• Eight (8) years of accounting or finance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of data analytics experience is preferred.
• Manufacturing or operations finance experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP and Oracle Planning
• Leadership experience

• Detail-oriented with effective organization and time management skills.
• Highly motivated, highly analytical and self-starter.
