RQ Construction is seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to support active U.S. military projects in Norfolk, Virginia. You'll lead projects from pre-construction through completion, managing teams, schedules, budgets, quality, and safety.
With 30 years of experience, RQ Construction is a nationally and internationally recognized design-build contractor specializing in fast-track Department of Defense projects.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of progressive construction experience
- 2+ years managing commercial construction projects
- Design-build experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and internet-based systems
- Familiarity with Primavera P3/P6, Viewpoint, BIM, or Revit preferred
- CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30 certifications required; training may be provided as needed
- STS certification preferred
- LEED Green Associate (GA) or Accredited Professional (AP/AP+) credentials are a plus
