The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company’s Learning and Development Production System Training (PST) organization is seeking a Senior Learning Program Management Specialist to join our team in Hazelwood, MO.
This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical processes and procedures, manufacturing processes, strong project management skills, and the ability to design and develop effective training programs in compliance with customer requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead the identification, definition, and documentation of program training requirements based on mechanical, manufacturing, and operational process needs
Apply mechanical and manufacturing expertise to analyze work processes, procedures, and task requirements to determine training gaps and priorities
Manage multiple training-related projects and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and customer requirements are met
Partner with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts to translate technical and operational requirements into clear learning objectives and training solutions
Ensure Boeing learning content is aligned to the needs of the business and is compliant with Defense Contract Management Agency Ground Operating Procedures, Date of Work, Federal Aviation Administration, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, quality, and HR, to support integration of training solutions with program and business objectives
Support the development of learning strategies and implementation plans for mechanical, structural, avionics, and flightline-related training needs
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessment data, and stakeholder input, and recommend improvements to training requirements or content
Travel to other Boeing locations to support local training
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of Aerospace Manufacturing experience
5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience developing training or training others on a process or skill
Experience communicating and presenting with the ability to effectively convey complex information to global audiences
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
Possess an active US security clearance at the Secret level or above
5+ years of experience in designing and developing training programs in a manufacturing or aviation environment
Experience in aviation operations, maintenance and/or manufacturing
