Your Role at Vantive
The Senior Analyst, Learning Operations – External Programs is responsible for the end-to-end tracking, governance, and lifecycle management of external programs within Vantive’s Global Learning ecosystem.
External patient education and healthcare professional (HCP) learning programs are foundational to advancing safe, effective, and consistent use of therapies. They extend beyond internal training to directly influence real-world outcomes, regulatory compliance, and brand trust.
This role serves as a critical connector between external program stakeholders and Global Learning resources and services; ensuring that all external programs are appropriately integrated into the Global Learning ecosystem, adhere to Global Learning standards, and are continuously monitored for launch effectiveness, adoption, and long-term sustainability
What You'll Be Doing
Program Oversight and Lifecycle Management
Maintain a centralized inventory of external programs within Vantive’s global learning management system
Track program lifecycle stages including intake, design, testing, launch, adoption, refresh, and retirement
Coordinate across the Global Learning team to ensure timely LMS configuration, deployment, and archival of programs in alignment with governance standards
Monitor program status and escalate risks or gaps in lifecycle progress.
External Program Enablement
Partner with external program stakeholders and content owners to operationalize programs within the Learning ecosystem and governance
Translate program requirements into LMS configuration needs for design and program structure
Validate data integrity and taxonomy alignment across all programs
Support system enhancements and LMS optimization initiatives relevant to external programs
Governance
Ensure all external training programs understand and align to the Global Learning governance model and comply with Global Learning standards
Apply consistent governance processes for program intake, approval, deployment, and performance tracking
Evaluate and advise on continuous improvement opportunities related to Learning Governance
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the primary liaison between Global Learning and external program stakeholders and content owners across various businesses such as Global Strategic Marketing and Global Technical Services for LMS enablement
Partner closely with HR IT to ensure deployment and stability of Learning systems and licenses in support of external programs
Support cross-functional coordination to ensure consistent learner experience and program success
Contribute to governance forums and lead program review meetings
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor program adoption, engagement, and completion metrics
Analyze LMS data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Provide regular updates to program owners and Global Learning leadership on portfolio health and performance
Support audit and compliance reporting for externally owned learning activities.
Serve as a point of contact and SME for communication materials and collateral in support of program launches
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5 years of experience in learning operations, learning program management, or a related field
Strong working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS); Cornerstone experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Planner, and Forms
Experience working in a matrixed, global organization with multiple stakeholders
Experience supporting training lifecycle management and learning analytics
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated training environments
Understanding of patient education and/or healthcare professional training programs
Knowledge of learning standards, metadata governance, and taxonomy frameworks
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Exposure to global learning ecosystems and learning governance models

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $96,000 to $132,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
