The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (Individual contributor) is responsible for overseeing Coca-Cola India & Southwest Asia Operating Unit’s (INSWA OU) end-to-end Talent Acquisition cycle.  This role also owns and manages our best-in-class Management Trainee program in India and leads the Mantra Internship program in close collaboration with the Marketing team, ensuring the attraction and development of high-potential early career talent. In this role, you will be responsible for driving a streamlined TA process as well as the actual execution of the Talent Acquisition strategy in partnership with the People & Culture partners and the business. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition APAC, the candidate will join the networked team and the INSWA OU HR Leadership team and partner with the P&C team and Business in taking a proactive role to recruit external talent with the mindset of right fit for current and future roles.

What You’ll Do for Us:

• Responsible for driving the recruitment process for internal and external talent in support of business needs today and in the future. This role will drive and execute end-to-end recruiting and consultation; including market research, building robust pipelines for critical skills, sourcing, talent assessment, interview and offer management.

• Work with our system partners to enable system talent exchange for talent and business needs.  Beyond filling roles, the role is accountable for building durable talent pipelines, scalable programs, and shared TA capability that the entire INSWA system can draw on. Involved in a broader set of key initiatives, including managing employer branding initiatives and internal referral programs.

• Foster and maintain relationships with key partners and leadership to understand business objectives and key skills needed to support company growth.  Provide external insights on the talent market (i.e. demographic trends, employment projections) and develop holistic talent attraction, sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Deliver recruitment priorities leveraging both internal and external talent channels while collaborating with Talent, HR and Leadership teams.

• Identify, develop and implement innovative sourcing and talent mapping strategies for key roles and critical skills that result in quality talent pipelines to meet workforce needs aligned to business objectives,

• Partner with internal teams (local and global) on identifying and executing operational efficiencies.

• Support Coca-Cola’s initiatives and objectives by attracting talent through strategic sourcing to ensure Coca-Cola continues to be a top destination for talent.

• Own and manage our best-in-class Management Trainee program (e.g. campus and platform partnerships) through multi-stage evaluation, selection, onboarding and alumni engagement, and leads our Mantra Internship program, in partnership with Marketing. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

• 8 plus years’ experience with a history of success recruiting qualified talent in a complex global environment and/ or recruitment search firm. Early careers experience is preferred.

• Experience influencing executives across various disciplines, functions and geographies.

• Strong sourcing capability and ability to act as a talent ambassador.

• Strong operational experience with recruitment tools and processes.

• Ability to apply business acumen and drive operational excellence while anticipating and adapting to changing needs of the business.

• Demonstrates a strong digital-first mindset, with an understanding of how technology, data, and digital tools can be leveraged to drive business performance and innovation.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
