Overview
Bancroft is launching a new Community Inclusion Program focused on helping individuals with disabilities build independence, pursue personal goals, and experience meaningful inclusion in their communities.
We are looking for a Program Associate (DSP), that will work with individuals based on their interests and goals and help them experience a variety of community-based activities and opportunities.
Responsibilities
Job Responsabilities:
Most of the day will be spent out in the community, with some support in residential settings as needed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working directly with people, exploring the community, and helping individuals discover new experiences while working toward greater independence. This is a new program, offering an exciting opportunity for someone to play an important role in helping build the program and create meaningful opportunities for the individuals we support.

Qualifications
We’re Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
