Overview
Position: Direct Support Professional aka Program Associate (Adult program)
Hours: Thursday & Friday: 3:00pm– 11:00pmp, Sat. 7:00am-11:00pm
Location: Brick, NJ
Join Bancroft and make a meaningful impact every day! We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with autism and intellectual or developmental disabilities in a safe, positive, and person-centered environment.
In this role, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, and provide emotional and behavioral support. You’ll be part of a team that values empathy, respect, and quality care.

Qualifications
We’re Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
