You will oversee the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, ensuring that testing activities are executed with precision and reliability. Your role is pivotal in maintaining control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing phases, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software products. Collaboration with various teams to align testing strategies and continuous improvement of automation frameworks will be part of your daily responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in automation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into the development lifecycle.
- Assist junior team members in understanding automation frameworks and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test cases for various software applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug automation scripts to enhance test reliability.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
