YOUR ROLE

As a Content & Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening Edenred’s presence across digital, social and other communication channels. You will be responsible for developing engaging, relevant and on-brand content that connects with our audiences, strengthens brand image and supports our strategic marketing and business objectives.

• Develop and maintain compelling content calendar across digital channels & social media channels aligned with marketing objectives and campaigns.
• Manage marketing agencies and third parties ensuring effective collaboration, clear briefs, high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
• Coordinate day-to-day workflows, provide constructive feedback and ensure deliverables meet Edenred’s quality and brand standards.
• Translate marketing and product priorities into relevant content concepts, stories and communication initiatives.
• Monitor audience interactions and engagement across all platforms and suggest corrective actions and new ideas.
• Manage and update website content, including banners, landing pages, product features, and corporate content. Ensure website content is accurate, relevant, up-to-date and aligned with SEO and user experience best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team in order to create targeted content.
• Develop and coordinate content and communication materials for B2B audiences, in collaboration with Product, Sales and Network teams, ensuring timely updates and effective presentation of products and services.
• Create, maintain and continuously optimise the Edenred’s content library, ensuring all materials are consistent with brand positioning, visual identity, tone of voice and communication guidelines.
• Explore new content formats, digital trends and emerging platforms that can strengthen Edenred’s communication.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven Experience of 2-5 years as a Content Creator, Copywriter, Social Media Specialist or a similar role, preferably in a B2B sector or agency.
• Proven experience managing content calendars end-to-end.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing/communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, content and social media insights.
• Working knowledge of marketing CRM/automation tools and website interface is highly desirable.
• Basic visual editing in Canva for quick iterations & Hands-on experience with AI content tools.
