The Community & Impact Coordinator serves as the administrative backbone of the team, ensuring all projects move efficiently from briefing through post-event closeout.

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative workflows that support experiential activations, hyper-local product launches, and community programming which includes project tracking, contract administration, financial administration, documentation management, and cross-functional communication.

The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized and can confidently manage multiple high-priority tasks/projects simultaneously. They are proactive, detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of building strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.

Experience in experiential marketing is essential, as this role requires an understanding of event production timelines, operational dependencies, and the pace of live event execution.

Responsibilities

Project & Operational Coordination

  • Support the end-to-end operational coordination of experiential marketing projects from initial briefing through final recap.
  • Maintain master project trackers, timelines, calendars, and activation schedules.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, event folders, templates, and shared resources.
  • Assist in developing and organizing project briefs and supporting materials.
  • Ensure all project documentation is current, accurate, and easily accessible.
  • Assist on in-take forms related to hyper-local product launches and strategy 

Contract & Financial Coordination

  • Support the contract process from initiation through execution and final completion.
  • Coordinate with Contract Management throughout the approval process.
  • Coordinate purchase order creation and tracking.
  • Track invoices, budgets, and financial documentation for all activations.
  • Partner closely with Finance to support the timely processing of invoices, payments, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain financial trackers and assist with ongoing budget status updates. 

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Support cross-functional communication with Creative, Legal, Finance, Risk Management, Procurement, Contract Management, Brand Marketing, Retail Operations, and external agencies
  • Coordinate approvals across multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate timely communication to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Follow up on outstanding deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support the Experiential Marketing team with daily administrative and operational needs. 

Communication & Project Support

  • Support daily team communications and project updates.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-up action items.
  • Ensure project information is consistently communicated across stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized records for every experiential activation.
  • Respond quickly to evolving business needs and shifting project priorities. 

Event Support

  • Provide operational support leading up to experiential activations.
  • Assist with logistics, production coordination, vendor communication, and event readiness.
  • Travel and provide onsite event support as business needs require.
  • Escalate and support resolution of operational challenges before and during activations.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, experiential marketing, event operations, marketing operations, or production coordination.
  • Working knowledge of experiential marketing and live event production.
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience managing contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and financial tracking.
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and occasional weekends to support business needs.

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $55,000-$66,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
