We are seeking a highly motivated, client-focused professional with a strong interest in financial markets, investment management, and relationship management. As a Relationship Management Analyst within the North America Asset Manager Portfolio team, you will partner with senior Relationship Managers in supporting a diverse portfolio of asset management clients across North America.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to client relationship management, strategic account planning, business development initiatives, and the broad range of solutions State Street provides for investment managers. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating client activities, supporting relationship strategies, and ensuring a positive client experience.
You will regularly collaborate with teams across Relationship Management, Sales, Product, Operations, Client Service, Legal, and Finance, while developing a strong understanding of State Street's business and the evolving needs of institutional asset managers.

The North America Asset Manager Portfolio team is responsible for supporting and growing relationships with a broad range of asset management clients. As a Relationship Management Analyst, you will be an important member of the client coverage team, helping to execute relationship strategies, coordinate client engagement activities, and facilitate effective collaboration across the organization. Your contributions will directly support client satisfaction, relationship growth, and the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
This role provides valuable exposure to senior leaders, client-facing relationship management, and many facets of the investment servicing industry, creating a strong foundation for future career opportunities within Relationship Management, Sales, Client Management, and other areas across State Street.
What You Will Be Responsible For
As a Relationship Management Analyst, you will:
- Support Relationship Managers in executing client relationship strategies and day-to-day account management activities.
- Coordinate client requests and inquiries by partnering with internal service, product, operations, and support teams to drive timely resolution.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, executive briefings, relationship reviews, account plans, and business updates.
- Maintain and update client information within Salesforce and other relationship management systems.
- Support opportunity tracking, revenue reporting, pipeline management, and other management reporting activities.
- Assist with client billing administration, documentation, and collection activities, as needed.
- Coordinate contract management activities, including contract amendments, new service additions, and document management within the Enterprise Contract Management System (ECMS).
- Organize client meetings, due diligence reviews, governance sessions, and other client engagement activities.
- Support responses to client due diligence requests, RFIs, and RFPs.
- Conduct research and analysis on client organizations, industry developments, market trends, and competitive activity.
- Track action items, client commitments, and project deliverables to help ensure successful execution of client initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders across business units and regions to support client outcomes and strategic objectives.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in relationship management support, client service, asset servicing, custody, fund administration, sales support, consulting, or related financial services roles.
- Knowledge of institutional asset management, custody, middle office, fund administration, transfer agency, or related financial services products preferred.
- Experience supporting client meetings, executive presentations, and business initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $113,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
