Analysis, Reporting, and Vendor Partnership

• Analyze plan utilization, cost trends, and claims experience to support renewal recommendations.

• Maintain dashboards and reports on benefit costs, participation, and return on investment for leadership review.

• Support market benchmarking, cost modeling, budgeting, accruals, and forecasting in partnership with Finance.

• Support relationships with brokers, carriers, third-party administrators, and international benefit vendors, including RFP processes and plan changes.

• Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, and HRIS teams to ensure accurate data flow and system integration.

Employee Communication and Education

• Develop clear, engaging communications and training materials for domestic and international employees.

• Conduct benefits orientation sessions and respond to employee questions with a service-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex benefit concepts clearly to employees at all levels.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills across multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
