Our 120 experts offer regulatory consulting and advisory services and assistance to an international and sophisticated client base across multiple industries. This includes a range of services from the classic regulatory consulting, working with funds, their asset managers and asset servicers on the practical implementation of rules and regulations, to topics such as risk management, fund distribution, fund governance, and compliance of Luxembourg regulated entities.

ARC responds to the growing needs of clients with a practical yet legally effective approach to regulatory change management and other regulatory matters.

Nous recherchons des consultants capables non seulement de comprendre un processus métier, mais également de prototyper et déployer eux-mêmes des solutions basées sur l'IA, la data et l'automatisation.

Votre rôle

Au sein de l'équipe Business & Tech Transformation, vous accompagnez nos clients dans l'analyse, la conception et la mise en œuvre de solutions innovantes basées sur l'intelligence artificielle, l'automatisation et la transformation digitale.

Vous intervenez à l'interface entre les métiers et la technologie afin de transformer des besoins opérationnels en solutions concrètes, évolutives et à forte valeur ajoutée.

Vos responsabilités

• Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers.
• Formaliser et modéliser les processus (BPMN, workflows).
• Identifier les opportunités d'automatisation et d'optimisation.
• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions basées sur l'IA et l'automatisation.
• Participer aux activités de test, validation, monitoring et amélioration continue.
• Contribuer aux ateliers, analyses et livrables de conseil auprès de nos clients.
• Assurer une veille active sur les technologies émergentes.

Votre profil

Formation et expérience

• Master en informatique, ingénierie, data, business analysis ou équivalent.
• Première expérience en conseil, transformation digitale ou technologies de l'information appréciée.

Compétences recherchées

• Forte appétence pour les nouvelles technologies et l'innovation.
• Maîtrise des outils d'IA générative et compréhension de leurs cas d'usage.
• Connaissances en automatisation de processus (Power Automate, n8n, Make, Zapier ou équivalent), APIs et intégration de systèmes.
• Notions en bases de données et traitement de données.
• Capacité à comprendre des enjeux métiers et à les traduire en solutions fonctionnelles et techniques.
• Esprit analytique, autonomie et excellent relationnel.

Atouts supplémentaires

• Réalisation de projets personnels ou académiques autour de l'IA générative.
• Connaissances de Python, SQL ou technologies d'automatisation.
• Intérêt pour les agents IA, orchestrations de workflows, MCP et technologies émergentes similaires.
