Your Role
📍 Germany (Hybrid)
As a SDR, you will generate and qualify pipeline for Ibexa’s portfolio within the German market. You will work closely with Account Executives and partners to engage upper mid-market and enterprise prospects and secure qualified meetings.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in B2B SaaS sales within a fast-growing European tech company.
What You’ll Do
Run outbound and inbound prospecting for the DACH region to generate qualified meetings and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Execute account-based prospecting: build target account lists, map stakeholders, and perform multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
Qualify opportunities across the portfolio (DXP, PIM, CDP, CEP/automation, interactive data collection) with guidance from Account Executives
Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand business context, challenges, and initiatives; document insights clearly in the CRM
Collaborate with partners on co-prospection initiatives and follow-ups (webinars, events, campaigns)
Maintain strong execution standards: sequencing, activity tracking, CRM hygiene, and process adherence
