· Serve as an organizational resource regarding patient privacy, confidentiality, and appropriate access to medical information.

Regulatory Compliance and Quality Improvement

· Ensure Health Information Department operations comply with applicable CMS Conditions of Participation, Oklahoma hospital licensing requirements, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies.

· Support hospital regulatory surveys, audits, and quality improvement activities.
